Police have said that as neither the FA nor Chelsea have spoken to them. The only complaint has come from the black lawyers or whatever they're calling themselves.
No complainant, no victim no crime. Unless the FA or Chelsea refer it to the police there's nothing the can do

I have put on another thread that I notice the Black Lawyers Association are running football now. A few bob and publicity in it for them I imagine.
If they want to turn this country away from reason they will eventually turn it into something worse than it was before.
Agree with this, Chelsea and all involved with the club have played the race card and are backing it. I get the feeling that it's another way football has found and are now using to try to infulence the outcome of games. To try to be vindictive and ruin another human beings life and career is pretty low even by football standards. Can you imagine the chants he's going to have to endure at certain grounds when he's eventually allowed to go back to his job, even though he's not been found guilty! Chelsea are a disgrace to football, I hope they get points deducted, or sent down a couple of divisions.
