Riots down Holloway and Tottenham High Road, riots down Fleet Street <laugh>

UIR has left a note on the dining room table and purchased some rope <whistle>

It's great news, but let's not start celebrating it like Arsenal fans <laugh>

Speaking of other fans the silence is deafening isn't it?! I'd like to ask the BBC and other sports reporting news publishers in the uk why there is so little coverage of this in the media. Surely this is something that should be widely recognised by all football fans... No?

Probably because over 150million in debt was converted to equity so it's just another example of Chelsea living off Roman's rouble. It's by no stretch of the imagination an exercise in self-sustainability and is therefore not worth much press coverage.

Although last years loss was the subject of a lot of coverage hence the OP's concerns re the hypocrisy of this years lack of coverage.

What has debt to equity conversion got to do with sustainability? It's just a balance sheet shift which negates the cost of servicing debt and replaces it with dividend bearing shareholding.

But it's okay to float shares on the New York Stock Exchange to try and generate cash to clear debt? We'd rather keep our souls and tradition of the game in tact thanks <ok>

according to news, profits came , from actually
- making profits from selling players
- wining CL
- have commercial deals (that will be examined by UEFA to see if it is in same scale as other big clubs)

sure you can't win CL and keep selling players every season to get 1m profit at the end <doh>
i would be worried if i was you guys

Shwan, even in the cold hard light of facts and evidence from some of the top business and finance guys in the world (Chelsea fc) you still can't believe that Chelsea are actually doing well. Source for your claims?

You do know our commercial deals didn't affect any of this report?

The major deals like Delta, Gazprom etc were signed after june.
