Forster? Highly regarded and English, but I can't really see the point. He'd only leave Celtic for first team football and it wouldn't be guaranteed at WHL. I expect they'll probably have a few clubs making bids for him in the summer, though.
Already being watched by various clubs, apparently. Turned down a contract and has peaked the interests of the Goons and City, plus others.
The player slides in parallel to Rooney and he just throws himself to the ground, in my opinion. The GIF's a bit rushed, but I'm sure you'll be able to see what I mean: please log in to view this image His body shape is totally unnatural for any kind of trip and I can't see any contact.
Soft penalty - Very little if any contact. But Rooney hasn't done anything that a thousand other players wouldn't do in the circumstances. Some go you're way, some don't...!..
This is where I think the Laws need to be clarified. Neither player has the ball - it is loose. Therefore it isn't a tackle. Neither player has the ball under control. So why is the defender deemed to be at fault even if there is contact.
I've only managed to catch the second half, but liverpool's Suso looks like a good player. Can't say the same about joe cole though. What has happened to him?!
Hardly rival watch, but cavani scored 4 tonight. And that lovely fella Joey Barton scored from a corner. http://www.101greatgoals.com/gvideos/straight-from-the-corner-joey-barton-marseille-v-moenchengladbach/
How the hell did CFC manage to turn a profit? Creative accounting surely? Sponsorship by some unknown airline? Edit: actually just read on the BBC that a debt of £166m was "turned into equity". Well that's OK then. I'm just off to call my mortgage company to tell them to not bother collecting any more payments as it's been turned into equity.
