It is because Rangers aren't in the SPL. It's a direct result of falling attendances which are scientifically proven to be a direct result of Rangers being liquidated. UFO sightings, falling house prices, an increase in global temperatures, the spread of Ash tree disease, Obama's re-election victory etc et al...ALL DIRECT RESULTS OF RANGERS BEING LIQUIDATED Why did no one save them!?
