    I really hope this is total bull. Hated hearing the WBA fans singing "you're getting sacked in the morning" last night - about the only thing they sung all game long.

    The last thing I want to see is Nigel leave. He is an honest and decent man who has achieved great things for us. We have to stick with him for the long term for I believe he is going to be on a par with Ted and Lawrie as a great Saints manager.

    You guys that traveled to the Hawthorns were brilliant. All I could hear on the tele was Saints fans and it barely stopped. Thanks, you did us proud!

    Nigel won't be going anywhere....yet. He will be given until after January to sort things out.


    Cortese isn't an idiot.

    And try work closely with each other.

    Is it really worth getting worked up by one lowlife on Twitter who is probably making up this crap simply to get a few more hints.

    I have better stuff to do with my time rather than type in '#saintsfc' all day trying to find 'clues....'.

    In related news, Adkins has just jumped to 2nd favourite behind Appy for the Blackpool job. If Adkins was sacked it would be quite amusing to see him block Appy's escape route.

    I still can't see a better candidate. Don't see how sacking Adkins would help anything, and I think it would be damaging in the long term.
