A great idea has been passed to me by Chris-Gashead about us having a boozer for the forum. A place for all matters 'off topic' like random posts and stuff... you know normal pub talk with the lads and lasses. Also a place for banter for fans passing through for a quick pint.

Examples of this is below....

I think this is a great idea by Chris and we should do it. This will be another way for stopping threads going off topic.


So then, I need suggestions for the name of the gas pub. Its our pub so I want all gasheads to get involved with suggesting a name. Once we get a good selection of pub names, I will do a poll for everyone to vote.

It can have former players names like Newcastle have Shearers name. It can have current players name or have good word play like 'Rovers Return'. Also have Ebar or Inn or Arms or Pub in it if you like. Be creative <ok>

Over to you for your suggestions :)

Can we perhaps write in a new thread "NO BANTER" so that they are aware when a thread is made that banter will not be acceptable?
