http://www.mirrorfootball.co.uk/opi...-way-to-the-Premier-League-article248029.html And you call MM boring!
A ''story'' from the mirror that is almost two years old. Got to hand it to you, you're nothing but consistent.
Just google Chris Hughton (i can't why they spelt his name wrong) boring, its on the first page, then you have about 10 pages all relating to Norwich performances after that!
Oh my god, did the Mirror do a derogatory story about Norwich in 1977 or something? forgot you boys hold a grudge!
Taking the piss out of Lawro's wild prediction inaccuracies is an NCFC weekly ritual and should continue. I predict that when Lawro finally retires, his legend will live on with Canaries supporters. We understand the BBC have a succession plan for Lawro including Columike and Ipswich Crazy to maintain this proud tradition.
well technically thats incorrect, because if we follow Norwich Logic we will be celebrating the 50th anniversary's WINS of the UFEA cup and FA cup within the period you mentioned.
I doubt it, Marcus Evans would be long gone and you would have disappeared into the Abyss well before then!!
Gur: (a) take a look at the league table at the bottom which shows Lawrenson's predictions. You will see that he is totally out with some teams. These are the ones he doesn't like. (b) now read the write-ups Lawrenson does and see if there is any logic between the statements and his score prediction. Often there is a complete disparity- he will say "oh they're playing really well, but I just feel they'll get turned over" or words to that effect. No analysis, no justification. (c) take a look at the predictions Paul Merson makes on Sky Sports. Read the write-ups and see if there is any logic between the statements and the score predictions. You will see there is a much better justification, much more effort to explain the prediction. The conclusion is clear- yes Lawro was a good player, but that doesn't make him a good pundit. 90% of being a good pundit is communication, he lacks this completely. That's why Norwich fans can't stand him, because when he doesn't back us to win, there is rarely an explanation. Oh, and (d) if you don't get the joke about him always predicting us wrong, I seriously suggest you spend a lot of money on a new sense of humour.
Merson has predicted a 2-0 home win, so that's a double whammy prediction. Wow Doesn't mean crap all though
