There is a guy working in the aerospace industry as am I, who's name is PETER FILE

He dropped the R on all his forms and Questionnaires tho as Pete File sounds so much nicer .......NOT

 

I had a corporal working for me in the Army called Michael Hunt and he introduced himself to everyone as Mick.
I could never quite fathom his parents thinking, did they have a serious sense of humour or were they completely oblivious to the conotations. It makes you wonder how some folks think.
This guys problem was that he actually was one lol

 

I used to have an engineer visit frequently who was called James Riddle. He insisted on being called James, he used to go apeshit if you called him Jimmy.
