Worryingly, I get the feeling this case isn't going to end in our favour.

These LMA dickheads strike me as "champagne socialist" underground train driver union type assholes. If they want a fight, we'll take the ****ers on. We've had to deal with far worse.

We're Norwich city, and we won't take any **** basically.

I would have thought that the case would be decided on the contractual obligations of both parties and events at the time of Lambert's departure to Villa, how can any "sniping" (by either party), after the event have any affect on the outcome?

Maybe Lambert has cried to Mummy and said they're saying nasty things about me. Stop them <wah>

i agree welly. i must admit i'd always assumed the club were in the wrong but this makes me wonder if lambert is going to look a bit of a fool by the end of it all...

still can't recall a manager losing their case though!

Lambert already does look a fool, what a stupid thing to do, he gets what he wants and still wants more, he did great for us but our team and the fans did great for him, could have been remembered for all the good he done , will be remebered as a fool for the way he has acted since he left.

Hope we beat him tomorrow, but hope the NCFC fans just ignore the prick and sing for CH !

Isn't Lambert saying he was constructively dismissed? i can only presume that the LMA would then use norwich's conduct (i.e. the tweets from bowkett) as evidence how the board seemed to treat employees and former employees unprofessionally.

also, is the LMA representative for Lambert saying this or the LMA panel who is decided the case saying it?

As a "neutral" (<laugh>), I hope the Budgie away give him loads of **** throughout the entire match...

It's the least he deserves...

<ok>

Don't worry guys! Remember that team sheet for the Chelsea game from MOTD? Lambert can't sue us for constructive dismissal if he's still our manager!

Tweet from Henry Winter who's at Villa's training ground (whys he never at Norwichs training ground).

At #avfc. Lambert: Clark (knee), Baker (ankle) 'struggling'. Praised #ncfc: 'great 3 years' tho 'disappointed' at some things said about him

As far as I can tell, the LMA is the league managers association and is in effect the league managers trade union. They are therefore supporting their "member" against his (ex) employer. It's no surprise therefore that they are critical of ncfc and supportive of pl.

can i also ask why, if norwich aren't allowed to comment on the situation, lambert is?

http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2012/oct/26/paul-lambert-norwich-snub?

ok, he doesn't talk in depth about it but he brings up things which could be involved in the case, such as his relationship with our chairman.

Thing is supers, he wasn't doing any sniping that i could see in that interview, other than saying he didn't really communicate with the chairman? its nowhere in the league of the childish rant by Bowkett by bring in Lambert's past clubs and how he left.

Hopefully, and please don't take this the wrong way, it will reign in the norwich necks a little in regards to what they tweet or say? there has been a couple where it was probably more professional to keep options to themselves rather than attack. McNally on Lawrenson being a prime example in my opinion, Why do it, what did he gain apart from looking to an outsider as a bit of a spoilt pleb who couldn't take a pundit (loose term) saying norwich would lose.

sorry, can't see the difference at all mate. they were both childish statements! bowkett had a dig, then lambert does. its tit for tat.

also, i saw nothing wrong with the tweet from mcnally about lawrenson. do you realise they know each other quite well? its mere joshing.
