Only you know whether that is true, but the post needs more meat, on it's own it is lacking in information, spill the beans, dish the dirt, we are all ears. You must also be privy to whom we are turning to replace him. The worse you will get is a horses head in your bed.

Makes a hell of a lot more sense than Cortese dictating it, after all as director of football it is his job to get involved. I still don't think it's likely that this is being imposed at all costs though, and it seems obvious that Adkins has bought into it as well.

Agreed makes far more sense, from what I have heard Cortese knows hardly anything about football. All he does know is the simple rules etc.

Not having a pop you're a good poster and reliable. But has your source given you anything else that HAS happened? That way we can sorta get an idea of how reliable he is without you telling us who he/she is? :)

He has never told me anything before, he said he was just pissed off with people (Le Tiss included) slagging the wrong person.

This is a load of rubbish Adkins picks the team and makes the decisions. Do you really think he would listen to a failed manager in Les Reed if it meant losing every week and playing the way we are?. Don't be daft.

IMHO you only have to look at his comments on the O/S Plyer he says " We will play 4-3-3 " he did not look happy to me when he said it ...........

IF someone is telling the manager what formation he WILL play , god help us !

I don't know about the HAS part, but from what I was told 4-3-3 is Reeds idea. He wants it to be played at every level (which it is ), Reed is the Head of football development. He is above Adkins already, which means he has no need to ask Cortese to make Adkins obey him.
