Well boys and girls, its here, its match day, nothing like it.

Its a gorgeous day in the kingdom of Coxhoe, Osca is with Annette so its toast an team soon then match day preparations. The rumour up here, well in my house, is that Wills is bringing Kate to the game, she is from Hetton so must be a Mackem. Watch out for her going away outfit, I heard its the new home shirt, wait till she gets a puka pie in her gob, make your own jokes up.

I’m really looking forward to todays game, this striker crisis may just turn out to bring a style of football that suits our more creative players. Looking forward to seeing Catts and Colback in midfield because they look like they could form a good pairing. Looking forward to seeing if Henderson can continue what he started last week. Looking forward to seeing Steed in the hole, creating and who knows, maybe scoring. Looking forward to seeing Sess up front, Brunt and Hangerland would be a tough ask for Gyan but Sess will give them new problems.

    Enjoy your day, I will.

Should be a very good game syd thinking a 2-2 draw and another point on the board for both teams. Fulham had a good win midweek at home but, are nearly as bad as us away so we could just nick it if our strikers are firing on all . . . . . . . . . . . . . . sorry forgot our midfielders are firing on all cylinders. It's still tight as a tick in mid table so as long as we don't lose a decent result.

baird syd, brunt plays for wba.

baird is a top defender, one that i have said many times, i'd like at sol,

but him and hangerland are not the fastest, and sess may catch them out, as long as the ball isn't pumped in the air.

turner may have a problem with zamora, but hope not.

already said dempsey is their main man, and catts needs to watch him.

doubt kate will have a puka pie, she just had a cream one......

In with the kids mate our boy working so have the nephew to take (earplugs a necessity), they are as bad as the blokes once they get going a good laugh. Only down side is no beer before hand which could taint my view a bit only watched a few games stone cold sober and it is not a good idea not at SAFC anyway.

Not much pressure on either team so hoping for an open game.

Once again I am going for hendo to score 1st goal but cannot see us defending from hangeland at set pieces so a 1-1 for me. Hope i am wrong and we get the win to take us back above our cousins from the dark side.

Love the routine of 3 o'clock kick offs. Swift half gallon in the chesters, bet, match and a couple in the dun cow afterwards.

    Enjoy the game lads

I remember seeing Loua Loua (sp) interviewed on TV and when he was asked what the great man called him.......the reply was Carl Cort.
