A 3-1 win to Chelsea would be good, hopefully with a couple of penalties for us as well , just so Spurs fans can moan we only beat them cos we were lucky again, typical Chelsea penalties etc, etc.
 
Great result.
First win at WHL since 2005.
Sticky period start second half but otherwise strong performance.
Wins at Emirates and WHL, top of the league. Life is good <biggrin>

you must have been watching a different game,no flukey goals and seeing our 2 best players were missing we pushed you all the way,and had you rocking a lot of times.we had 23 shots 16 on target to your11,6 on target,it's us that need a striker
 
Good game - we deserved the win. Game was under control nicely apart from the shaky start to the second half. Thought Spurs did well without 2 v.good players missing vs our 1.

Nice to win at WHL for a change.

Don't lie tots, we were all over you except for about 20 mins of the 2nd half.

You scored a very flukey 2nd goal and you could even argue Gallas handled your first. Lennon your only decent player, the rest were pony.

5-2 if we'd got the penalty as well.
 
Cahills goal was un stopable, Mata had a blinder and Torres played his part ( still needs t pull the fuggin trigger, for some reason he still seems gun shy imo) as did the whole team.Bring on the mancs and lets shut ole red hooter up. C'mon the Canaires stuff the arseoles
 
Just back from the game... What a game and what an atmosphere! Probably the best away support I've ever been in. We were thoroughly loud and... well.... apart from the bruises on my shins after knocking the seat in front when we went mental in the lower tier, all is well. Mata was a god today and Mikel was solid! Torres didn't play too well but that was the only negative. It was great to beat the spuds in their own back yard and it was nice to beat AVB. Some great chants from us today. A simply amazing away day!

I was invaded by family today including 4 little kiddies and was told to turn the TV off and be sociable! GRRRR!! I missed the action and will have to catch up tomorrow on CTV!
 
Their match thread is hilarious, how the **** do they think they deserved anything from that?!

Zackly, he's lost his composure he only seems to score when he aint got time to think about what he's going to do,other wise i think he's bottle's gone, still a great player ,but thats not what we paid 50 mil for !!!!!!not sure he'll ever get back to scoring goals for fun, for us anyway
