Good spots Mex - I don't think BR's head would fit through the door any more so he probably has to have a picture instead

Managers should just get on with doing their job...if the players need motivational words and ideas to play for Liverpool then they aren't at the right club!

The thing with the envelopes is hilarious. I hear Stuart Downing's name is in all three :)

I support Liverpool as well, so i kinda like Brendan Rodgers, and his change of heart when leaving us might not have been all of his thinking, a mate of mine knew him and apparently he was pressurised by his agent and family to go. So give him a little respect, unlike Malky, who took all of our staff, and Don Cowie.

i suppose it was someone else's fault when he did to Swansea what he did to us too? Pah! Sorry Lloydy, don't buy that one!

Me neither. BR will always be up there with Vialli for me. He's comes across as very arrogant and the way he treated us was appalling. No respect at all. If you're saying that his wife made the decision to move that really doesn't make me think better of the man!

BR did nothing wrong in leaving us for his "home" club - what he did wrong was to lie and say he would not go and accuse us of doubting his integrity - well we all know just how much integrity he has - as do Swansea fans

Guys, come on! If Liverpool come asking and offer you a good deal, who would reject that? He thinks that he won't leave, but powerful clubs like Liverpool will always get their way.

Maybe Lloydy but why did he do what he did to us and say first that there was no way he would accept the job? He is very self opinionated and very arrogant - to think he could step up to Liverpool after only one season in the Prem with a small club like Swansea - he needed to learn his craft first - same goes with leaving us - it was too soon for him to move to Reading which is why he fouled it up so much and got sacked.

Do you reckon, as a bizzare get out of jail free card, he put his own name in one of the envelopes?

That way he can say 'I was correct, I predicted this, I am a genius!' <magic>

<laugh> i very much doubt it, he's far too arrogant to imagine he could screw up, despite the past screw ups he didn't anticipate!

Why do we still have time for BR? He did to Swansea what he did to us and Reading removed him before he did them damage of relegation. Liverpool are not doing better really than Reading, he will be removed from there as well.

It wasn't the fact he left for Reading..the trouble fans have is that he said there is no chance of him quitting.

Then did...maybe we were too navie though and should learn what modern football really is about.

Also, have a deeper look at his swift departure from Reading. Yes, they were doing badly but Sir John Madjeski is one of the most patient chairmen in football. Look at the situation they were in last year at about the same point of the season that BR was sacked. SJM kept faith with Brian McDermott, so I think that BRs big head was too much and that's why he was sacked, not their league position.

I have supported Liverpool ever since Barnes went the.... and I used to live there in the 1970s and even went to see them....

However I just cant believe they signed Brenda..... How he can be right for them is beyond me.... I hope not but I believe they will not do at all well under him.... already one of their worst starts in recent times
