Just checking to see if you require a second mod for this board? If you think your Cardiff City board does require an additional mod, selections on this thread please, I will look in occasionally to see how its going. thanks brb

john, I assume you mean my signature? I've been banned from other websites myself, hence my signature. However, whether we like it or not, you have to play by the rules of that community or the board as the case maybe in your instance. What you do or say on your own board is up to your community, if you go on to other boards and piss them off, then your only going to get yourself banned.
Hi brb We seem to be doing fine here and tend to police ourselves. In fact we haven't heard from our existing mod for a little while (I have been away for a week so might have missed something though). Generally speaking should anyone step too far out of line they are told fairly and sensitively to cool it. There are exceptions from time to time and occasionally dialogue with some of our neighbours can be a bit heated but that generally blows over in a day or two - or until the next argument erupts. If someone from our board wants to volunteer I am sure they would be supported but we seem okay for now thanks.
It's a good idea for you to have someone else lads just in case you get an idiot spamming your board. A few weeks back there was one going around and I came on here to warn you all. Thankfully you didn't get a visit but the Arsenal and Man City sites were heavily targeted. If you had been targeted there would have been no one to clean your forum up. I would have told brb for you if it had happened but that's not the solution. Anyway, I'll leave it for you lot to decide

Trying to be helpful John. There was a load of spamming recently and the links were viruses. Thats why i put the thread up that I did. Despite the obvious football differences I would not like to see anyone get their PC infected and I'm sure that if the roles were reversed that any decent Cardiff fans on here would do the same.
JH That's a bit unfair. As I see it Dilli was just providing some friendly advice, nothing to do with us versus them. Sometimes you read too much into what Dilli or Chico says. I see nothing untoward in this whatsoever. It is a proactive comment bearing in mind as far as I know we haven't heard from our mod, PPBluebird for a while. Don't rise to every comment a Swan puts on here. They are not always on a wind up.
John its good input, a sensible idea. Does he have to get shot down everytime he posts here? Pont seems to have gone missing but agree we have quite a well run board that it might not be necessary
With the amount of WUM's on here (Site as a whole), an active mod would be a good idea. They wouldn't have to mod everything, but just keep the WUM's away as I'm sure Brb has alot more things on his mind than reading hundreds of PM's. Just a thought.

John You are getting paranoid seeing malice and ill intent when it is not there. In my view there was no need for you to respond as you did. Both Dilli's and Chico's comments are contructive and trying to be helpful. However, this is an open forum and those are my views. I do not expect or want everyone to agree.
