Lower than I expected, but I do think about right for Prost.

Senna should be next, but he won't be. My guess is Fangio

My guess:
4. Fangio
3. Clark
2. Schumacher
1. Senna

What i'd put:
4. Schumacher
3. Senna
2. Fangio
1. Clark

My guess:
4. Fangio
3. Clark
2. Schumacher
1. Senna

I agree with both lists, apart from I would put Schmacher ahead of Senna and Fangio.

Schumi might just get p1.
If he didn't come back it would have been p2.
Obviously he hasn't been successful in his second stint, but for just what he has given to the sport he deserves it.

Never was a fan of the Prof. but doesn't mean I didn't recognise the guy was class, agree with most, I thought he'd be higher, 3rd?
My own top 5 would be..

5th Fangio (going by grainy video and what I've read up about him)
4th Schumacher
3rd Prost
2nd Senna
1st Clark

Both my 1st and 2nd drivers were cut down in their prime, no doubt had they raced a few more years they'd have both bagged at least 1 to 2 more WDCs

if this was a german produced list then MS would be top. If it was french then AP would be top. As its british clark will be top or even the mclaren hero Senna.

To be honest you cannot fault your logic.
This is subjective. Idc what happens really.

My original F1 hero, but totally spoiled it for me in 89, not a match for Senna and it would've been an injustice for him to be ahead of Senna. It's hard to put a number 1 as I never saw fangio or Clark race my guess will be

4 fangio
3 Schumacher
2 Clark
1 Senna

Fangio and clark will be 3rd and 4th, and the usual Schumacher Senna 2/1 positions IMO.

Probably would've put Prost a bit higher up, but at this point all the guys in the top 5 are viewed by most as the absolute best the sport has ever seen and it becomes a subjective thing. Its also hard to compare eras of the sport so for me its also a bit silly to compare drivers, but for me personally, after everything I've watched, I'd have to say:

5 Fangio
4 Clark
3 Prost
2 Schumi
1 Senna

5. Paul Di Resta
4. Paul Di Resta
3. Paul Di Resta
2. Paul Di Resta
1. Paul Di Resta

It's not without good reason, little known fact: He beat the 8th ranked person on this list in F3
