Any positives under the Hughes reign??

I'm probably just being paranoid but apart from his ex players SWP and Nelsen the players don't seem to be with him. Diakite, Traore and Taarabt in particular have seemed sidelined or disgruntled or allegedly depressed. Probably just a coincidence but Adel's shirt incident made me think all is not right, didn't expect that from him.

Probably nothing, but who knows.
 
TF has basically planned the clubs future around MH, because he thinks the world of him, even now. Right or wrong, his presence has resulted in a whole new level of investment in the club. That's a big positive.

It's just a shame TF has to put up with this. He won't admit it but I'm sure he's more than embarrassed right now. Caterham - last. QPR - last. Maybe he should just stick to airlines?!

Im anti Hughes for the following reasons.
There has been little to no progress in results since his arrival. We held the European Champions and have given them the hardest game so far
It was down to luck and not managerial ability that kept us up last season. Your opinion he kept us in the premier league and we performed brilliantly at City. He should get praise as we are still in the league
His tactics are backwards in approach to games. He has set us up well in most matches this season. The team has let the club down not Hughes
He didn't address the desperate need for a centre back. We don't need one plus he got in Mbia and Nelsen both are very good players
He has not won an away game. Can't argue that one but we are getting closer .. nearly did it at Spurs which IMO was our best performance for 18 years
We are bottom of the league. Yep and West Ham are 7th and there are no conclusion on the table until the season is ended or a team is relegated early
We have lost at home to two newly promoted teams. Swansea and West ham deserved their victories because they played better than us overall ... that is football and since the swansea game have we been thrashed ... no ... Swansea look poor now and could West Ham survive with a injury list like ours?.
The signing of Green. Good signing and a good keeper we are very strong in that department and well done Hughes and the QPR team for putting together these deals. We have two international goalkeepers ... Leeds got Kenny who was good for us but had massive failings ... back me up Flyer please on this point
Not playing Taraabt. The best number 10 of all time and the best football player i have seen since Zidane ... having to adjust to injury not being fit enough and learning the disciplines required at this level
Making Park captain. Prove it was his decision and not the clubs ... fantastic footballer and will become good ... didn't shake Terry's hand
Wasting a pre season. A pre season wasted how? Just your opinion, we raised our profile and he needed to see who had to go, The best signings in QPR's history without doubt ... think who Warnock would have gone for?
Raising expectations (his own words) what wrong with that... I haven't seen QPR play better against Spurs ever
Claiming we will never be in another relegation battle! ... No one gets relegated in October
Giving us our worst start in history! Not sure on that at all need to look this up ... help please then i will say sorry but its where we finish that counts
I wouldn't care who it was, they would have to go! ... Would like to hear who people would put in, I would also ask that you would need a manager that would win the next six in a row and have a background staff that can do the business immediately ...Name that man ... and sign it in blood ... If such a solution exists then show me. Tf has spoken of stability you won't get that by swapping every five minutes

Teams fear us!!! Looks like they are running scared!!
Its a results based business and agreed he has attracted players that most couldn't dream of and that is positives. Can any qpr fan seriously say they are happy at the moment?
 
Other positives for DT2 regarding the Welsh and German thing, he can sing well and makes great sausages.
 
Some great replies dt2. Don't agree with green or park points though.
You are right, the team has let the club down but who picks and instructs the team?

Bob, i agree its results based and NO, no real fan can be happy now mate...totally agree
BUT
We are a better team than ever before, NO-ONE can watch us and deny that..not even you with your knowledge of the game
we have a better standard of player and better support & coaching structure than ever before.
Yes other teams do fear us BECAUSE they know what Tarbs, Granero, Hoillet, Faurs, Cisse can do to them...Its not our (or thier) fault that our fool of a manger chooses not to play them correctly....
As a team, we have many positives right now, just a shame one of them is not our manager. I dont disagree with your thoughts and opinion on hughes, but in respect to the actual team and players..we are much better off than ever before....
