Morning Notso
Absolutely, of the names I mentioned, I think Chris Ramsay is a very underrated member of our coaching staff. Once or twice a year he gives an interview to STVO and it's always really insightful and has even mentioned a couple names who he thinks can make it or who are developing well. Ryan Mason has been one of them, Ramsay, Ferdinand and Sherwood have mentioned him in previous interviews as a great talent. Seemed to have been troubled by injuries but when he does feature for the reserves, more often than not he's on the scoresheet, good to see he was given a start against Carlisle and his amazing 10 second cameo as a sub in the Europa vs Lazio

. A mate of mine is actually friends with him, told me he earns £4k-a-week. Incredible money for a player who hasn't "made it".
Back to Sherwood, I too was initially surprised at his addition to the back room staff after his constant slating of us but in fairness, a lot of pundits who comment on one of their previous clubs tend to be more critical, hopefully that's because they want to see the best for them. Sherwood is certainly doing his best for the club since his appointment so I tend to feel his negative comments for Setanta were purely down to wanting us to succeed and therefore pointed out every aspect possible where we went wrong in the hope we'd improve on it.
