I think you missed my point...it was more a nod to how managers used to be given far more time than they are in today's game. Maybe it was a bad example, as I did not for one minute mean to compare them as managers.

agree the situation isn't ideal, i just think yet more upheaval wouldn't do us any good. hughes is a mid table boss imo.

Its a completely new team. A new manager will create more upheaval. I dont particularly like MH but am not convinced a change right now will help. Mind you, were I TF and xxx many millions down, I might be less patient !
