The worst player to play in the PL? For me its a toss up between him and Eddie Johnson. Saw their game v Everton. Swansea look good going forward. Midfield has no steel which doesnt help a League 1 standard defence. However Tates performance was laughable. Laudrup ruined the comedy by subbing him.

Give credit where it is due, Tate did a good job in the Championship and Div. 1 but he is now way out of his depth in the Prem. Laudrup has been hit with defensive injuries and suspensions and must be desperate if he has to play Tate.

Spot on. Unlike a lot of clubs, we didn't abandon our players when we hit the Premier League. He's been a loyal servant, and while I agree he isn't PL class, with the current defensive injuries we have, he needs to fill in.
