So you want to sue the SPL because someone (possibly) at Revenue and Customs leaked documents.....how queer.

No we'll sue them because of them making up rules as they go along, with holding money from us, yet trying to squeeze more money out of the club.

We'll basically have Scottish football in a headlock. :)

What has the money the SPL decided to with hold (sic) got to do with this?

what money have they tried to squeeze out of you?

So in this magical fantasy land of Sevconia where a defunct team wins a case relating to the non payment of taxes they are going to sue the SPL for keeping money back relating to entirely different offences <ok>

sounds like an open and shut case to me.

<laugh> if you don't want to answer my questions i won't be offended.

Like I said go google Charlie's statements. He goes into some depth.

I'm not a lawyer but I'm guessing and it's only a guess, but if we win and it turns out we were liquidated for a miniscule amount then I think a lot of people will demand to see HMRC.

I'm still waiting for the guy that leaked all the info to be prosecuted. Data protection laws are put in place for a reason.

you were liquidated because you had insufficient liquid asses to continue to trade - nothing to do with the big tax case - admin were not appointed due to this

who you COULD have a claim against is duff and phelps - they included the big tax bill as a liability - if they were wrong to do so then perhaps...

I've said pretty similar to this in the past and was shot down by timmy...

You guys should know that it isn't a good idea to argue with a fool, some people might not be able to tell the difference.

And medro is the most deluded fool on all the scottish football boards (apart from superhoops maybe)

not by me my man

i dont think d and p did the right thing - but they were clearly trying to force a sales asap and thuis devaluing the "worth" as far as legally possible
