If you raise your hand towards the ball, especially facing a free kick, it's a penalty no question.
The second one was a close call as to whether it was inside the box or not. The ball was in but Parr wasn't in my opinion - should've been a free kick just outside.
I know the odds are always on the penalty taker to beat the keeper, but it looked to me that Marshall had given up before the ball was kicked. He seemed to have no enthusiasm toward the task and was waiting for another "Kermorgant" moment.
Perhaps that's a bit unfair, but I'd prefer a Grobbelar type waving his arms and wobbling his legs to put the taker off.
