well one things new it crashes your xbox when you try to load up career mode lol ill start a new one and look around only had a quick session but the things i noticed straight away is the fixtures are the same as in real life excluding cups, you can choose to have your team start in champs league or europa, you can now enquire about players so the owning clubs gives you a asking price (which doesn't work as you give the asking price then they double it) you can add players to a transfer towards another player (finally) you can become a international manager. you can ask the board for more money.
