If the ''Green bib'' theory is to be believed the Liverpool starting 11 is as follows.
Reina.
Kelly
Skrtel
Agger
Johnson
Allen
Gerrard
Shelvey
Borini
Suarez
Sterling.
Really should be expecting a win or at least considering it but am lowering my expectations as a defeat at Anfield is quite common.
The truth is though, its a poor show if we cant beat possibly the worst Liverpool side since 1953ish
It would be realy bad if we can't beat a side that hasn't recorded a victory against us since 2007. They have a chance, as they will be starting the game with 11 players due to Rooney being out injured.
Slev, look, its very simple. 2007,2007,2009,2010,2011............ all have nothing to do with this game. How many of the current Liverpool squad were involved in all of those games. How many United players?
in 2007-2009 Liverpool were a far superior team to now. United are around the same. Maybe a little worse.
So as always with these games form, history and standing means precisely nothing, if United had never won at Anfield we would be just as likely to win today as we are to lose.
On paper its a foregone conclusion. Easy 3 points for United and goodnight. Last I checked football isnt played on paper.
**** sake, better players? Stop embarrassing yourself Slev.
Name 1 player out of the United side that would get into the Liverpool side? And don't be delusional.
If we play like we did against City we will beat United.
That is a big 'if' however. Never know which Liverpool will turn up these days.
Come on now.
Vidic, Kagawa, RVP, Nani, Young, Valencia, Hernandez

I'm sure I've forgotten a striker or two but come on OA if you seriously think our first team or especially squad is anywhere near the manks I suggest you take a look at the league table for last year, this year and then look again at xmas and the end of the season.
COYR
I was going to answer but thought I wouldnt need to as someone would do it for me and you have posted exactly the same as I would of minus Rooney who if you are honest if he wasnt a former Everton and United player you would also take.
With Reinas current form De Gea would get starts for you aswell as hes miles better than your back ups.
Dare I say Carrick ( dont kill me, hes vital to our team like Alonso was to yours, in a similar role he may do a similar job ).
Slevs just being super biased amplified by the fact its match day.

as was Oscar ffs
In all fairness none of the above with the exception of RVP would get in the Liverpool side.
ffs ladI'd rather have dodgy Pepe than De Gea to be honest. Lindegaard would be a better choice!
Carrick would get some game time if Lucas/Allen were both out. He's a decent player who gets unfairly scapegoated.
Rooney? I'm only considering human players
I'd love Kagawa, he was one of my favourite foreign playersas was Oscar ffs
