They are my three for the day too boris! Also interested to see how Kingdom gets on in the maiden which looks to be an extremely good one!

todays only bet is Sergio Perez to score at least 1 point in the Singapore GP. 4/5 is the odds and I feel it should be closer to 1/2

Boris I keep thinking your slogan reads 'Cometh the Man, Cometh the Dog...'

Must be down to your selections all running like dogs in the race...<laugh><laugh>

Only joking.........<ok> Or am i...<whistle>

Good luck to day...

Go on then Stick, I will have a dabble on it. Need to get into the jumps racing soon, and today we look to have a few interesting recruits to the hurdles game from the Ferguson yard.

15:50 Hamilton - Dream Walker

(Won well in heavy going at Yarmouth in May over similar distance, staying on strongly. Has had 50-day break so will be fresh. Certainly well-bred to the job (on prevailing ground) today at Hamilton. Will have a small dabble).

GL all! <ok>

Morning all

ONCE MORE DUBAI 3.00 is a decent bet for me at 2/1 today. Rated around 110 at his best on the flat and now with John Ferguson. The fav has to carry a stone more. Hopefully he takes to hurdling well. Very interesting recruit this one <ok>

Like the Mullins one in the opener at Gowran that Boris has put up as well but just going to leave that race alone 23 runners in a maiden hurdle <yikes>. Very interesting that Sir Henry Cecil runs Andromeda Galaxy in the 3.45 at Gowran on his first start for the yard. She would be my selection in that race but again no bet.

Off to the match today. A Newcastle win and a winning hurdling debut for Once More Dubai and I will be very happy ;)

Im having my biggest bet of the season tomorrow.

Killarney 3.20 Cest Notre Gris 4/1

Really like this one tomorrow, he finished a length behind Count Of Limonade in a Leopardstown maiden but he was picking up strongly after being outpaced off the bend, I think you can forget his next run at Gowran, he was never travelling for Kevin Manning and didnt pick up at all, nothing came to light but it clearly wasnt his running. He won very easily in the end at Galway next time from Chips Are Down and Einsteins Folly who both went on to win handicaps, again getting outpaced and looking as though he wanted stepping up in trip, the handicapper took a bit of a liberty and gave him 12 pounds but he had obviously underestimated him in the first place with the mark of 75. He meets Count Of Limonade here 3 pounds better off from the Leopardstown maiden run and I expect him to turn that form around comfortably, I dont think Count is progressing much and with the extra furlong and a half, I fancy Cest Notre Gris to really come into his own and be far too strong for these. I really like the animal, hes straightforward, progressive, has a good attitude and he has a touch of class about him, I think he is way overpriced at 4/1 against the 11/8 Count Of Limonade.

Won on Monday at 5/1, I had no idea it was running, would have got my money back <doh>

Just seen the race going through form there.

I normally dont miss a beat, especially in Ireland but this a huge blunder from me, surprise surprise, Count Of Limonade who won the time before, stone last <doh>

Spent my time going through two races at Musselburgh that day which did produce a 5/1 winner but If I had just glanced at the Irish card I would have went in heavy again because I thought he was a really nice horse.

Its one of those races Boris where a few might fancy there chance, I will be laying Qualypso all day long!

I was only ko stick, i havent heard anything, had a quick look at the race and didnt think there was much between yours and Iheardu, overpriced at 11/2 for me though I wouldnt dream of betting in a 3m2f handicap chase at plumpton at the best of times never mind in the middle of the flat season.

Just what I thought about Timepiece Nass. Better luck with yours I hope.

That Blandford 2 weeks ago was unbelievable, 2.3.33 for 10f at the Curragh on ground described as Yielding with ATR and Good with RP, that was a huge performance for 3yos fillies, Up is certainly one to keep an eye on, she was only beaten a length by Beauty Parlour in the French 1000 Guineas then not beaten far by Izzy Top in the Pretty Polly, she has improved since then and produced a career best last time, as did Caponata finishing second. The worry for Caponata today is not the form of the other horses, its wether or not that gruelling test two weeks ago has left its mark, she might seem fine but sometimes you dont know until you run them, if she can produce that type of performance again today then not only will we be seeing a comfortable winner, we will be seeing a Group 1 filly with a big future.

Hamilton 16.20 - Catwalk 3/1 Sovereign Street 24/5. Looks a pretty good dutching bet to me.
