Rofl. I drink a pint of pure orange juice and a half pack of grapes every day.

It counts as two of my five a day. :)

Oh, I've just gone and bought you a crate of Spiffing Crabbies Alcoholic Ginger Beer (for grown ups). Best go and swap it for Vodka + Cranberry Juice.

The local Indian is a life saver.

I had a bit too much to drink tonight, on too much of an empty stomach. I felt like ****, but I ordered a Chicken Curry with a Nan Bread. Came in 15 mins, and it slides down the stomach like heaven.

    Feel better now!

I ordered Plain chicken curry, Pilou Rice, and I've got no idea what type of naan.

I just said to the lad on the phone "naan bread". The bread tastes nice, and slides down the stomach beautifully.

    Plenty of flavour.

Think it's just a plain though!

Tash you should drink things like Jagerbombs or Vodka Redbull's if you like to get the 'buzzing' feel

Thanks mate, but it's my own stupid fault.

Had a bowl of cereal at 8am. A Sandwich at 12, and a bowl of ceral at 5pm, and that's not enough on your stomach to be able to handle proper alcohol.

I got off lucky tonight, I felt sick for a couple of hours, then I got my curry. Normally I'm smarter with alcohol.

I'm not gonna be drinking any alcohol til wed/thu next week anyway.

Haha, Curries are proper medicine like!

Now, I feel better, no hangover tomorrow for me, and I can watch the highlights of the CL games feeling decent.

I think thats not too bad because you got a lot of carbs in that food also if you drank it with energy drinks and mixers it dilutes it for you <ok>

Well tonight is just another lesson in life. Playing with your limits is dangerous. I'm hardly an alcohol pro.

I've only had a proper hangover once, and never wanted to have one again. Tonight I tried my luck with eating little, and drinking a lot.

Bad idea. I spent months with a right set of mind of what to eat and what to drink. Tonight, for some reason, I decided to **** that ****.

    I go off lucky.

Good thing is, I've been drinking a lot less lately. I'm respecting alcohol a lot more, but tonight, since I'm working a lot over the next week or so, I decided to be a bit crazy, and I paid the consquences a bit.

It's all part of life experience I suppose.

Today's lesson was brought to you by Tash.

Next week Tash will explain how to make a whole box of mansize tissues last almost 5 minutes.
