Gomarching we have just spent the 5th most of any teams in the window. Nothing else can happen until January. We have the squad we have. We need to get behind Nigel and the lads. We will be fine!
We should of done more business or this would not of come out , its like an admission of failure , thats what riles me , we have had since May to get our team , ideas , formations , squads sorted , that was exctly not the time to off taken holiday (Devon), breaks whatever .

I don't know if we are loaded or not , I am sure though that part of cortese's plan is to make the club self sufficient and I wish him luck in that .
All these clubs with Mega rich owners that simply throw money at it will , imho , come a cropper one day , tv money WILL drop , just a matter of when .

I don't know , none of us do , but I don't believe for 1 minute NA / NC Had targets but were NOT prepared to pay stupid money , and I agree with that philosophy .

Gomarching you are fully entitled to your opinion but the squad had earned two successive promotions and the right to have a go at the top. Nigel has strengthened and spent well over £20 million doing so. We will never do a Man City or Chelsea bu can spend if we haveto. Our strength in the next few years will be the continued rise of players like Lallana, JWP and Morgan.
Yes and I can not wait for that day , football will eat itself , brilliant but in the meantime we needed better players as we dont have them at the club to stay up . Say we get an injury and a suspension in the centre back two ? Christ they are awful as it is who would we play then ?

This is what Adkins said on Player. I posted a comment on it elsewhere...I took it to mean that he didn't want to undermine team spirit but was still looking (or rather the recruitment team is).
Can you tell me why they derserve that ? That is a sentimental viewpoint , why have we got rid of Hammond then ? He earned his place did he not ? If we do not spend Lallana and all of them will leave through showing lack of ambition , if we go down they leave as they can play higher , they are the facts .
What if our Goalie gets injured , what if his replacement gets injured ?

How do you know it was lack of ambition?. How do you know we didn't talk to other players but couldn't conclude a deal in time?.
Why we have signed our record signing who will be off at a profit if he plays well and we go down , shrewd business if you ask me . If we stay up and he plays well a massive bid will come in for him , the worst case scenario is we stay up and he turns out ****e .You do come up with a load of rubbish.
That then shows lack of planning and business acumen . One or the other dont you think , lack of ambition/knowledge or lack of guile ?
