Anyways I would rather see Fabio get more chances because he looks a great talent. Evra is fading way and 20m bid would and should be accepted

Sneijder in a swap deal for Nani? if I was fergie i'd snap their fookin arms off.

    Nani's overrated, and overhyped.

I wouldn't sell Evra whilst Fabio is still so weak defensively. I'm not even sure Fabio's long term future is at LB - he may well end up on the wing.

Evra wasn't up to his usual standards in the early part of the season, but that was an obvious hangover from the French WC debacle. There's no point selling him cos there's no one better to replace him imo. Why weaken the team just to get some money?

Why do you guys think Sneijder is a possibility? SAF never plays with a central attacking playmaker like him, he uses wingers instead. Look at Anderson for example, he was once the exciting Ronaldinho like playmaker some of you are desperate for yet he was turned in to a pretty average CM. To have someone like Sneijder you have to play a 3 man midfield which SAF only does in big games, and even then he puts defensive players in the midfield positions.

This guy talks so much bullshit it's actually unbelievable. News of the World is an unreliable source, like the Daily Mail. Just ignore him, it's like he WANTS Man Utd to fail.

Erm, Paul Scholes was a centre attacking playmaker for us for around 12 years? We fitted him in absolutely fine with wingers. And Sneijder fitted in fine in a 442 at Real Madrid with Robinho and Robben on the wings, Guti as DM and RVN and Raul as strikers...

Anderson has never been a playmaker, he's more of a box to box midfielder. Like a more attacking Darren Fletcher or even Roy Keane (except not as good yet).

Anderson was an attacking playmaker throughout his career before you bought him, and Sneijder never really set the world alight at Real Madrid did he?

Not really - Lucho Gonzalez was the main playmaker at Porto when Anderson was there imo. Anderson was used more as a second striker supporting Lisandro. Before that he was playing for Gremio, and in Brazil everyone's a playmaker! I guess it depends how you define a playmaker - the media seems determined to refer to any attacking midfielder who creates goals as a playmaker. Anderson has always been attack minded and created goals, but I've never seen him dictate the tempo like Scholes / Fabregas / Sneijder / Alonso. He got the most plaudits in his first season in England as a box to box midfielder, keeping players like Gerrard and Fabregas quiet during games.

Sneijder actually had a great first season at Real - 9 goals and 12 assists from 30 games I think. He wasn't as effective in his second season, but I think they shunted him out to the wing after Robben left and VDV joined. Damn but that club can utterly ruin players <doh>

He was never a playmaker, he was always an attacking midfielder, Lucho was the playmaker at Porto and at Gremio he played more on the wing.

To give Robin Van Fibreglass his dues, There aren't really natural box-to-box brazilian midfielders, they don't use them. Most brazilian teams typically deploy two defensive midfielders and two attacking midfielders. The attatcking midfielders play a narrow game and the width comes from the fullbacks.

Anderson would naturally be a more attacking player, ala Ronaldinho, Robinho, Elano etc. They're called Meia's in Brazil.

99 I won't bother challenging such a stupid comment because you believe Rooney is worth 60m plus <laugh>. I know the leading assister in the league who has created and scored more than any player is not worth more than 20m in this day an age <doh>. If that is the case Rooney is not worth more than 25m.

You are so ****ing thick. Do you not understand the english transfer market???? Nani is not british and is not to be sold to a british team therfore he will leave for less. British players are worth considerably more because the home rule and the fact they are BRITISH. Ie andy caroll is 35 million, but if he was romanian he would have been sold for much less, pay attention

Stick to not being racist and making hate filled comments <ok> but you won't. I can name you many players. I am guessing your talking about realistic targets yeh? If so Aguero he is a great talent and less than 60, Hulk has speed energy and great work rate and has 33 goals this season. Also less than 60m. Another great talent would be Rossi who is also on 31 goals. Falaco on 30 goals is also worth less than 60m. There are so many talents out there
