Read this: http://www.fansnetwork.co.uk/football/queensparkrangers/fb_news.php?storyid=12277 ...and it's from the opposition!!!
That was a good and interesting read from an opposition fan and i agree with most points made. Think they were being a bit unfair with our promotion season 3 years ago, yes Campbell was a big factor in us going up, but it was a collective effort and we made it there as a team. Watford may have being out of form when we played them, but it was still a tricky game to contend with, and having just missed out on automatic promotion ourseleves we had to keep our heads up. Their view on Brown echoes pretty much how most opposition fans i know view Brown as a manager and his job here. I may not hold a total dislike for him, but he is no Mourinhio and the praise given to the work done by Nigel Pearson in difficult circumstances tells you all you need to know really.
It ain't that smart of me - it's copied & pasted from Newsnow. Northolt-QPR has used the same link in his thread 'L.F.W. Preview'
it was a good read, and I agreed with most of it except calling Campbell a one man team, it was far from the truth. The likes of Turner Myhill Ashbee and Windass played just as big a role. I even thought Pederson and Okocha played a massive role off the pitch.
