Nice goals, but one thing occured to me, I know the focus is on shooting practise, but why wasn't a Spurs player doing the cushioned layoff to the striker of the ball for the right hand group. Not sure why one of the coaches needs to do it, an ideal opportunity for JD to practise his link up play I would have thought! or anyone who's likely to find themselves in that position in a match.

Defoe might not have been involved because of his England duties Notso, but I agree with what you're saying.
Even if it was one of the youth players, I'm sure that they could learn a thing or two from training with the senior pros.

Maybe we could get Gomes to do it? He's not doing much else at the moment, is he?

Just out of interest, does anyone know what's happening with the Chigwell base now? Is that still being kept?

That's being kept aside because, after Wet Spam fail to sell half the tickets for the White Elephant and get evicted, they'll need a new ground somewhere...

Funny you should mention West Ham, because earlier this year, they did express an interest in taking over the Lodge after we had vacated it.

There's no seats, so they won't have to take out full-page ads in the Evening Standard in a desperate attempt to fill them every week...

I saw Walker there and he was with England, we were at home so no travel, I just assumed JD was about somewhere. :)
