The so called English translation of his interview just so happens to be exactly what all News Outlets have seized on to write a sensational Headline. The fact that no more of the interview appears to be relevant to the same agencies makes me a little suspicious. That being said Sagna has seen close friends stitched up or stating the obvious portrayed as " Attacks " on the Club. Perhaps a little naive, perhaps opportunistic, we'll see how the Board interprets it all.

I think you have to take into account how much RVP will cost man U in total, when his wages are factored into the equation he will be costing man U over 70 million pounds, and that is a lot of money for someone who has no re sale value, and who's performances will inevitably decline with age. I have heard people claim that RVP could do a bergkamp, and play deeper, unfortunately he has not got the vision or passing ability of bergkamp. Dennis was unique and evolved his game as he got older, I just don't think RVP has the same natural ability of bergkamp. So IMO it is a lot of money, and he will need to score a lot of goals over the duration of his contract to be considered good value. When the guy is 32/33 they will still have to pay him over 200k a week, and look how quickly players performances can decline with age.
