Just saw a guy outside starbucks in New York with a I <3 NY t shirt but instead of the <3 was a canary! Love it!

Anybody seen any random Norwich supporters around the world? Proud to say I've influenced some Kenyans to support Norwich. Unfortunately one of them chose ipswich. I think he was just being awkward!

I saw an ipswich fan in Spain the summer of the season we were promoted

He had his Ipswich shirt on, I had my Norwich shirt on. The lOok on his face when he saw me. Hilarious. Looked like he wanted the ground to swallow him up. This was right in the middle of the "oh **** they've kicked the **** out of us and been promoted" stage and right before the "yeah, well you twats are guna go down anyway" stage so
Not a good one for him.

I remember one of the kids getting an ipswich shirt. The frown on her face was unforgettable! This was separate to the kid choosing ipswich as a tea otherwise I would have done a swap, or thrown the ipswich shirt in the bin.

I was working in California many years ago, when one evening there was a knock on my motel room door, on opening it I was confronted with a bloke in a Norwich City shirt!! He was backpacking round the USA and had stopped at the motel for coffee, got chatting to one of the waitresses who told him that there was a English guy staying at the motel so he looked me up. He came from Attleborough and had been in the states about 2 months. We had a drink together exchanged addresses but I never heard from him again!

A few weeks ago I was coming home from London on the train after going to the Olympics, a bloke and I presume his son got on at Ipswich, both were wearing Binners shirts. After a short time I noticed that the man kept staring at me, obviously being a binner I didn't know him, but thought he might have seen me through my work or maybe he was mistaking me for someone else. Anyway he kept looking at me, so I thought I'd go and ask him why, then......It dawned on me why.......I was wearing my NCFC polo shirt with the club badge on it!!

That's a very subjective view of events, Beefy, (if indeed it really happened)...I'd suggest your Ipswich shirt-wearer in question probably thought, "There's a Norwich ****..." and then promptly forgot about you...

    If it really happened... <ok>

There are quite a few Canary Fans in New York wonky, they meet up and watch Norwich games at George Keeley NYC 485 Amsterdam Avenue (between 83rd and 84th streets), have their own supporters club and football team, I have met a few of them when they have travelled over here for matches, they are often found wearing these t-shirts

I can assure you it did happen, and it was during a time that he probably thought it was safe to wear his shirt in a foreign country. The look on his face was one of shame. A look of shame that only come from a 9-2 aggregate that was completed mere months before.

I doubt that you're old enough to remember that night in Munich, the stuff of fairytales as far as you're concerned...

Though I have only seen one Norwich shirt in Perth I have had plenty of people comment on mine as I wear them around the city!

I was on holiday with my parents in Menorca about 10 years ago. We were sat outside a cafe chatting away and a bloke came over; he says "WELL THASS AN ACCENT OI RECUGNOISE". Lovely bloke from Downham Mkt!

I have one of my old City shirts hanging in Keeleys bar in New York. My wife and I did the NY Marathon in 2006 and had to make the pilgrimage to Keeleys after the race. Drinking Guinness in NY with fellow Canaries was a real treat.
I've met them all around the world. To be honest, I think the Naaarfuk accent gives us away and you don't need to be wearing a shirt to be recognised.
