Is it me or has this year been louder then last even with less people

Two four goal wins will do that for a ground.

And to whoever said asking for support or marketing reduces atmosphere - bollocks. Last year the ground was a library for most of the season. And I'm even talking piss-poor in amazing performances like Southampton at home. With the final run in Del and everyone pleaded for support and we responded, ending the season with a wonderful atmosphere at home.

Heavily commercialised ground e.g Wembley for Ingerlund matches v it’s less marketed self. No contest there - old skool by a mile.

Clubs now market themselves towards family orientated atmospheres the results are quite stadiums. In spite of the poor football the Eastend remained pretty good throughout the season. Eastend is full of lads free of the "overt commercialsied modern football" experience at other clubs.

End of season run in v relegation, wins, cheap tickets, well the atmopshere was going to better.

Promote ticket sales, but commerciala directors really should leave well alone the clubs identity.
