You implied no such thing Afro Boy. Your thread title suggests Rangers are the most successful team in Scotland outside of Glasgow. I merely offered an alternative opinion that winning European trophies outweighs domestic baubles. Hence Aberdeen are the most successful team outside of Glasgow.

Considering that in 1912, there was no Euro trophy, and the OP mentions titles, it's pretty clear to most intelligent football fans what I am typing about.

Did you not get anus filled at the weekend, Donnybhoy?

there is no context in which the word incorporated means that Govan became part of Glasgow.

Wikipedia disagrees:

According to medieval legend, Constantine, a 7th-century King of Strathclyde, founded a monastery under the rule of Columbanus in Govan. During the Middle Ages, Govan was the site of a ferry which linked the area with Partick for seasonal cattle drovers. In the 18th and 19th centuries, textile mills and coal mining were important; in the early 19th century shipbuilding emerged as Govan's principal industry. In 1864, Govan gained burgh status, and was Scotland's fifth largest burgh. It was incorporated into the city of Glasgow in 1912

Rebelbhoy is a filthy bigot **** whose life revolves around having arguments with people he thinks he knows on the internet.

Everybody on this site knows he's a hypocritical ****, even his fellow celtic fans yet he continues on his pointless quest of using a Scottish football club to promote his ideology of a united Ireland.

Whether there were European trophies around in 1912 is neither here nor there Afro Boy. At no point in your opening post did you state that "successful" was restricted to league titles, a point proved by your assertion that "we are also the most decorated club outside of Glasgow".

You've been schooled again Afro Boy <ok>

No it doesn't.

I asked Wedgie what the word incorporated means.

There is no context in which the word means "govan became part of glasgow"

Listen Alasdair, if it makes you feel any better, I'll shoot a pearl jet into your mangled ****ter but on one condition, you don't have lentil soup beforehand.

No, i am talking about what you think it worthy of two laughs.

I am glad you now know what incorporated means though
