In response to an earlier question MMJ, not some random stand alone comment!
Come on guys and gals no point in turning on each other....Saints lost it isn't the end of the world. Yes the defence let us down today they made mistakes. They will learn that in this league you cannot afford to make mistakes. United made two mistakes and got punished for it we made three and got punished. It maybe should not have happened but it did. No good deriding each other over it........

I will just say that perhaps the title of this thread is a bit strong , how about JF Time to replace him , but thanks for helping us get where we are today . By that i mean into the PL , not bottom of it , some people would do well to remember he came to us from the championship in L1 , with a hope of getting to the PL .
HE helped us get here , GIVE him Credit FFS !!!!!!

Well I've seen some threads, but this one is a candidate for taking the biscuit. Bar Wigan, we have played the best sides in the division. Davis did have a couple of wobbly moments, but he's a goalkeeper, not a footballer. He's obviously been advised to distribute better and kick short, but it's so foreign to him that he made two big errors in decision making. Everyone will get better. I thought the defence did reasonably well, all told. Frankly, it would be churlish to single people out. This was the players 3rd Premier League game and two of them were against the best teams in the land. I'm not going to tell people to stop whinging, but I'll say this. Reflect..! Are you posting your emotions or might you change what you post once you've digested the disappointment..? Think about it. There's plenty in today's performance to be positive about. Liverpool, QPR and Aston Villa are all 1 point above Saints with the same games played. Nobody is miles away from being caught.
I am not thinking emotionally , I have said this for ages , 3 of our 4 defenders our not good enough for this league , I can write that calmly , I will write calmly in a few days as well
