He's got a left leg like a traction engine

what was most pleasing and was the thing i was perhaps most concerned about is the togetherness from previous years is still there. that will be key to our progress. i'm not concerned about our forwards - we've added an extra body and we've still got the same players who scored plenty last year. i think jackson will score more so if anything we're in better shape up top. it would have been nice to get someone else in but it wasn't to be and all other areas of the team are significantly stronger, so no worries![]()

Why are people only talking about the shots that went over? The "miss" in the last few minutes followed immediately on an excellently struck shot that Brad Friedel could only push away, leading to the second belter which went over. Johnson did well to get as close as he did with the rebound IMO. And by the way, the initial fierce low drive was from a delightful, perfectly weighted, backheel from a switched-on Holty (who apparently did nothing all game ........).![]()
Sorry, I wasn't complaining! I love that he gives them a go, and I genuinely mean that one day he's going to start scoring them!

Assuming you've seen this - watch it again and wait for one to happen in a yellow shirt.![]()
That'll do lad, that'll do
Some glorious Snodgrass in he build up!
