What a disappointing line-up.
It's like seeing Redknapp's team selection during our slump, again.
You know what's going to be picked, you know why it doesn't work, yet here it is, the same ineffective choices and the same problems.

Bloody depressing, but let's hope that the team surprises me and gets a win.

Still, if this is the strongest team we can muster, looks like I might be still atop the Spurs Prediction leaderboard come 5pm
 
Remember, AVB is a "tactical genius" yet is using the same tactics as simple arry, not sure what that says!
 
Norwich hit the bar, we look nervous, sandro making mistakes and overall we look poor.
 
Totally uninspired... Glad that Levy has so much fun wheeling and dealing on the last day and that his cv has been padded once again to say what a great deal maker he is, but this is dross so far
 
What an awful start.
Everything that we all expected to go wrong, has gone wrong.
 
Our only good bits of play have come from keeping the ball on the deck. I can't believe all this hoofing is AVB's idea..

he has been there long enough to get his ideas across, theres no excuse for this crap.

granted we can't perfect the new ideas but the basics should be there.
 
avb has set the team up to be negative and offer no creativity or support when we attack so when is he going to show us his tactical nous?
 
AVB not picked Adebayor again seriously what has he done to his missus . has he identified him as Spurs Lampard aka the bloke who must not be picked .
 
I have this sinking feeling that AVB is just too much of a micro manager and that this is going to be a really frustrating and ultimately wasted season. At the end of the season Levy will have to answer some hard questions.

He is an intelligent man with tactics when sitting in a room with a board and pen but I don't believe he knows how to get his ideas across to the players, while getting results as they learn.
