Alright. Just to nail my colours, if it's Gaston and no one else today, I'd be more than happy about that.

    I wouldn't - we need another CB & LB.

We Signed Cropper so GK is fine, Ramirez is all set to sign to midfield is fine so its only CB & LB to go.

Tbh we are still light on the wings, Mayuka, Ramirez, De Ridder, Puncheon. So not really good enough back up. If Buying anther winger doesn't happen this transfer window it will soon.

Not sure we need a centre back AND a left back perhaps a centre back who can play left back, or vice versa.

I'd be happy with that - either way we need more cover in both!

Puncheon I think is good enough. Benayoun is good, but we don't need someone like him right now.

Makes me laugh , people saying no to Benayoun because he's to old or dose'nt fit in with our "policy" ....... He is better than any midfielder we have , sort yourselves out.

Yossi is solid. Never thought he was a Chelsea-level player but no idea why someone would turn him away from a club like us. Only people who would must have forgot/had no idea how good he was at West Ham.

I reckon he would be a good addition, but just means if we were to get him and Ramirez that we would have a ridiculous amount of attacking options. Possibly someone leaving today? De Ridder? Maybe even Guly? Possibly both?

He's quality, no doubt, and come to think f it, I'd take him, I just don't know where he'd fit in.

I dont think we are desperate for a left back, Fox is ok, Shaw may be able to slot in there. I know he needs time but is highly rated so I would rather he gets a chance to develop in the squad rather than stuck in development squad all the time.

Guly works better in the middle or up front, I don't like seeing him on the wing.

Exactly - this is real life not football manager.

We do still need cover at LB and CB - and yes for all his other qualities, Fox really is very slow - so I'd like to see a new CB and LB today or at least a defender who can play in either position

Yes, he is a winger. Have you never seen him play?

I agree, but think he is further down the pecking order for the main striker role, probably behind Lambert, Rodriguez, Sharp, Lee and possibly Mayuka. In CM we have Lallana, Davis, Schneiderlin, Cork then JWP all potentially ahead of Guly. Seems that the right side of the front 3 seems to be where he will be playing most, and with the possible addition of Benayoun he may slip further down the pecking order there aswell.

I'm not a Guly basher btw, just starting to think that it may make sense to let him go if we receive a decent offer
