LOL we could end up with a group containing the La Liga Champs (Madrid), the PL champs (City), The Serie A Champs (Juve) and the Bundesliga Champs (Dortmund). That would be one hell of a group of death!! Why Dortmund are in Pot 4 I dont know tho!! Surely winning the Bundesliga should get you into pot 2 or atleast 3!
PSG have started with 3 draws. I wonder how long they'll let that go on especially after losing out to the might Montpellier last season.
We can't get City... I would love to get Celtic though. The atmosphere at both games would be incredible against them...
Can someone tell me why the English Champions automatically get put in pot two where as the Italian Champs go into pot 3 and the Germans in pot 4?!? This doesnt make sense? How can the Bundesliga champions be put in the same pot as the champions of a two bit league like Celtic?! And how come Juve are in Pot 3 when City are in Pot 2, both teams finished top of a top class league and neither have done **** all in Europe recently, so whats the difference between them?
Valencia, Juventus and Dortmund being the toughest draw, I guess. Schalke, Galatasaray and FC Nordsjaelland(who?) I assume would be the easiest and wouldn't involve too much travelling apart from Galatasaray. Anyone know how City ended up in pot 2? They've barely achieved anything in Europe.
Exactly! If you use the rationale that they are in Pot 2 because they won a league as good as the PL, then how come the German Champs were put into Pot 4!?! Especially when the Greek champs are in Pot 3? So UEFA think the Greek league is better than the German League? Who the **** makes these decisions?
