To Blackburn for 8 million, thats a lot of wonga for basically a div 1 striker, be very interesting to see how he does at this level

That will see Huddersfield franticly delving into the transfer market now. They can have Earnie for a couple of mill. <whistle>

saw something earlier saying maybe Blackburn should have spent last year instead of gambling on the drop.

It is a very risky bit of spending - he may make it, he will undoubtedly score 'some' goals at this level, but for every Lambert or Grant Holt there are five others who don't manage the transition to a higher division.

Think they've paid 4.5 then it's all the potential add ons.

Having said that 4.5m for a L1 striker is loads IMO. Might work out, might not.

In the end though they can sign who they want, Kean is a ****e manager and will be their biggest limiting factor.
Did anyone see Pedersons goal on Saturday? After he scored he ran towards the bench, Kean runs out smiling with his arms out stretched, Pedersons runs straight past him and picks up a walking stick in protest to one fan's comments (which he should just get over). The fans hate Kean, don't think the players are fussed on him, one bad run and Blackburn could completely unravel.
