Summer Transfer Rumour Thread.

I reckon Lambert will finish his career here but as a centre mid, after this season and possibly the next he'll slowly move down the pitch.

 

Maybe we should start the process early and give him a go in goal. Heard he's great with shots to the near post...!!

I have to agree with you as I feel that he could well leave us in the near future. My whole family loves him for what he has done for us but I do realise that

I know for a fact that academy players dont know anything about transfers (and no i wasn't the one who was on twitter pestering the academy players... as i live in china where twitter is blocked here). Here's how i know so basically i was childhood best friends with one of the players in the academy but i had to leave england when i was five years old to move to china (i am 17 btw). So this summer i was back in southampton and was walking through a park where i thought i saw my childhood best friend so i called his name out and he came over and it was in fact him so we talk for a while and of course i bring up southampton football club as he plays there. He said that he couldn't wait to start playing again as he was injured for a while and i mention transfers (this was a while back) and he claimed that he thought southampton were going to buy zaha. I then said are you sure it's not Clyne who is going to sign? he then said he hasn't heard much on that front. AND THEN CLYNE SIGNED A WEEK LATER

 

My sources tell me that there may be movement at the club , players coming in, players going out !,most off the players coming in should be done before errr Friday night

 

Ipswich have made an offer to take Seaborne on loan.

 

If we bring in a couple of CB's that could be a good move all round.
