MOROCHIUS 3.50 Worc 18-1 looked like it was going to do the business for us last time till weakening late. Eased in grade and dropped further in the weights. Its now or never!

Morning guys, stick if you're about can you shed any light on honeyball's runner MISTER HENDRY 3.20 Worcester I really like this and he has an impressive strike rate when running his horses there (37%) any light shed would help me decide whether to double my stake cheers mate and good luck to anyone punting today ;)

All I can tell you mate is that the yard were hugely dissapointed with its debut run. I understand he made some noises with his breathing at the business end of the race and I believe they were going to resort to a tongue tie next time out to see if that sorted him out. Dont have any way of checking if that is the case as I am at work.

Coming in for some support that one, into 7/2 from 6/1 with hills, although oddly you can still get 11/2 with skybet according to sportinglife. Tongue tie fitted today.

Rumours around that Straus is stepping down as England Captain at lunch today

One up at Carlisle for me 3.00 COMMANCHE 11/2 takes a drop in grade and trip here.

Best Of Luck All :emoticon-0100-smile

Good afty all... Hope were in good shape today...

Worcester...
2.20 - Caddie Master, 9/4
2.50 - Bobowen, 6/4
3.20 - Dream Cloud, 9/2
3.50 - Flower Bud, 10/1
4.20 - Trendelenburg, 6/4
4.50 - Round Tom, 5/2
5.20 - Wayward Glance, 11/4

Nowt original but there the ones i like... Good luck if you play today...<cheers>

Sorry to hear that Struass has gone but to be fair to the bloke he would have to stay another 2-3 years with the Ashes coming up and that would take him to 37/8 years of age. So maybe that's one of the many things he has factored into quitting... Proper cricketer and good player but we do have a few pushing through so maybe its a good decision all round... Though i don't think the KP thing helped...<whistle>

Good news..he has been a passenger for far too long imo and his career test average of just over 40 is modest by todays standards and only bolstered by his 53 average against the minnows of B'desh.

Much too tactically defensive as well and always lacked a plan B or any imagination above and beyond what Flower instructed him to do.

I've never been a fan if you haven't guessed!

I see we're poles apart on that one Red! <laugh>

Who do you see as his successor?..I think Al Cook and replace him with Bell or Morgan as captain of the ODI team.

I think it will be Cook, although I think the long term successor has always been Broad. Not always a good idea putting your best player as skipper imo, let cook concentrate on hitting tons. Broad is a horrible spoilt little brat and I hope he is not made captain but I have a horrible feeling he is being groomed for it.

Agree Jeff....Broad is no longer worthy of consideration as an all rounder and his form with the ball is moderate but his face fits.

I think he's fortunate to be selected at all for the test side with Bresnan,Tremlett and Onions viable options.

Well i do think he is a good player but not one of our best. I just think that he brought them all together as a team and the players respected him...

He isnt the most impressive of openers, but he has had his moments... I do think it is a good decision for him and the team so im not overly upset... Im just sad to see him go under this cloud of controversy...

Of the players left for captaincy its Cook, Cook, err... oh Cook or Cook... I just dont see anybody else...

AP to get me off to a good start for the day... Caddie Master in the opener @ Worcester...<ok>
