If that kinda thing floats ya boat buy the cheap value stuff and stir cocoa powder into it, no sugar then. Mind you I'm not sure how much the lactose breaking down would push blood sugar up on its own.

A girl I was seeing many years ago Mum was original from around that neck of the woods, she used to hate DC said it was really rough too many crackheads but she liked it around Georgetown.

I go to Manchester occasionally to Sankeys and Warehouse Project it's a great city for music but it looks rough in parts. My Dad's worked in Hulme before and said it was a bit shifty. The being mugged in Manchester is a common theme my old bosses little brother got mugged at a cashpoint think it was near Moss Side but it was the tale of a pissed up student not being aware of their surroundings but he was threatened with a knife and they emptied his account.

I know a lot of the bastard gangs in city totally ruined the Nightclub scene in Manchester if it wasn't people from Moss Side you had twats from Salford and Cheetham Hill in your club flashing guns at people.

No Bunn in Blackburn's squad for tonight's cup match. Looks like this deal is about to go ahead. I really hope a good championship club is lined up for Steer or Rudd's season long loan. Birmingham must be interested in having a promising young England keeper actually capable of playing at Championship level???
