The term 'must-win' is not one I'd use for this game, as many have us down to drop points in this game and still cross the line 2nd. Despite this, perceptions on what would be a good result may change depending on Friday's results.

Team News:

Brighton: Gordon Greer is still a game away from returning from his suspension after his red card picked up in the game against Sheffield Wednesday. Glen Murray and Ashley Barnes are expected to continue their goal-scoring partnership up front.

Saints: Lee Barnard is speculated to be ruled out for the season, certainly for this game although Adam Lallana should start. Richard Chaplow will be in contention for the first X1 also.

Form(Last 8 Games):

Brighton: WWWDWWWW League Position: 1st

Saints: WLWWWDWW League Position: 2nd

Possible Saints Line-Up:

-------------Davis-------------
--Butters--Fonte--Jaidi--Dickson--
--Guly--Hammond--Chaplow--Lallana--
--------Lambert---Connolly---------

Subs: Bart, Seaborne, Harding/Richardson, Gobern, Stephens, Forte, N'Guessan.

Prediction: 2-1 Brighton. They have GOALS in their side aplenty and will be very determined to beat us despite already sowing up the league title. Pressures on us and they can play their 'Poyet Football'. A hard-fought defeat.

<laugh> <laugh> Ok I give in............

It will be the toughest game of the season......it will be a hard fought draw........Will that do you?

Not really good enough. Just the bear scoreline. A paw effort. :)

Personally, I think we will win because Lallana will be back and we want it more. 1-0 Saints.

Trust you to come out with the bear essentials, I cannot see Saints clawing a win out of this no matter where the honey is. Just a Paw Draw.............

I would be happy if we steiff them, bruin trouser time, I cannot bear the tension, and for pities sake don't mention Rupert!

hi guys new to the forum

extremely tough game on saturday but one that if we play well on the day we can win

a game that i feel will lack goals, the first goal is gonna be so important.. so im going for a 2-0 saints win chaplow and a last minute clincher from guly on the break

This to me is our 'Game in Hand'. I know it isn't really, but tbh I can's see us getting anything from it - it's not the saints way! why make it easier when we can take it to the wire and age all the fans by 10 years!

I can bearly watch - I wish we could just paws the season for a bit and look at the bear necessities to see what we need to do to get promoted.

;)

Tough game, but aren't they all in league one??

I reckon we'll get beat, but only by the odd goal. 2-1 to Brighton I reckon...
