Yeah I did a wee bit of reading up too. Seemingly they're common on the south coast of England and also the east coast of America (Boston). Possibly to do with the shipping years ago.

Trying to think of a good name for her. Thumbs/Fingers are the favourites so far

I told someone in my immediate family about the 'stoving in' and he laughed. And nodded.

 

Stoving is a bit harsh in reality. Better just to go classic and chuck it in a river in a pillowcase.

 

it's a wee six week old kitten. it fits in the palm of your hand.

You could always just crush it.
