Is the issue here not that Green paid it to the SFA or SPL to distribute to the dundonian ****s? The SFA (or SPL can't remember which) came back days later and said something like 'Please do not use us to pay debts, pay directly to the club in future'. **** knows what was meant to happen. That being the case then technically it was paid but it was never passed onwards to the dundonian scum so they have yet to receive it.
