Well one of the heavy hitters of the comp has again returned to the top of L1. Reebs proved a little too strong for RV, Humans and Steve, all of whom made a profit on the day. L2 saw Stick nail a late winner to grab a L1 spot for next week. Sparky and Cats won promotion as well. Ron who returned a profit just missed out. Wayward took out L3.

No mate, far from it. As I was going through the results, I noticed that your first four tips went down leaving you just the one chance to save your bacon. Sure enough, up she bobs. :)

If I'd had one NR I would have had 3 winners. Still, 2 from 5 ain't bad for me.

Would be very revealing to know if anyone was in profit from their five weekly selections during the time it has been running

I would be very surprised. I doubt anyone could pick 5 horses every Saturday and make a profit to level stakes over 38 weeks. There just aren't 5 good bets every Saturday.

If you have all the spreadsheets Cyc I'd be happy to amalgamate them all and provide the answer. Although I think I know the answer would be "No".

Sorry Ron, I have nothing. I'm from the "old" school where everything is done on paper, then quickly trashed.<laugh>

Of course I now wish that I'd kept the stuff, but spilt milk and all that. Thank you for the offer though mate. <ok>

Div 3 is about the right level for me. Not a bean on Saturday from my selections, I blame that god awful Shergar Cup thing, didn't even realise what everyone was talking about, thought there must have been an error on sportinglife site with the jockey colours, shows how much attention i was paying.

If anyones got the energy it could be worth setting up a form on google docs for people to enter their selections then making a sticky with the link in. google forms are pretty useful, would put the results into a spreadsheet.
