In truth, I want this thread to be the first port of call that interested Spurs and other fans come to in order to get an unbiased view of what the Mousers are up to. Even the Mousers ought to find the brutal honesty and frankness of the news and views expressed here to be of beneficial use to them, because it will help them to keep one foot on the path of reality, rather than both on the path of delusion. However, yes, there will be times when we will laugh, but I like to think we will be laughing with the Mousers rather than at them, despite their best efforts to have us laugh at them. Most of the time, I don't think they actually know what they are doing, which is quite sad, really.
Agree, it could be beneficial for us if we get the whole deal money...sack them off...and get someone else in which could double our sponsor money. However, I'm not a financial expert...there is probably some ruling that wouldn't allow this???

I've just been reading a thread on the Mouser board, where the Mousers are discussing whether or not AVB has been right to exclude Modric from training. They have ignored the fact that the squad spent much of its preseason abroad, and Modric forced the situation on himself by refusing to travel (for which he received a fine, or course). There are a couple of sensible comments, but mainly its ignorance and bias, as usual. What did make me chuckle, though, is that, towards the end of the thread, the Mousers began comparing AVB with Rodgers, with some even seeming to convince themselves that the unbeaten-league winning manager of Porto is inferior to a manager who, two seasons ago, was plying his trade in the Championship! Pure comedy gold!
Come to think of it, Liverpool haven't had experience of a player trying to engineer a move - mainly because they sell them without putting up much of a fight regardless of how it affects the team (i.e. Xabi Alonso, Owen, and gerrard would've gone to the Chavs before having a change of heart...presumably because his parents received bullets in the post)
