As much as I love Wes he can run himself into corners - my cousin calls him "One More Wesley" as he always tries to beat one player to many. I always thought we looked unbalanced last year when he and Surman played together and with Surman signing an extended contract it could be the end for Wes.I hope not as he can be unplayable on his day and there's far more positives to Wes than negatives but I guess if we have to trim the squad then it may be his time.
If Emnes comes in will that spell the end for Chrissy too ?
I could not disagree more, the partnership between Hoolahan and Surman was exceptional, I only commented on about it last week on how good I think they are.
I don't for one minute think Hoolahan is going, Hughtons not stupid.
