Yes,but which way did he tilt his head??? did he tilt it pointing towards Liverpool or Swansea bay ??
I think we should do as other sites have a rumours page , whether a or not the story is plausible they should go there and andthen everyone if they wish give full vent to their imagination
Aswan, ML seems to have dismissed the rumour when he spoke of Monk being important for other reasons, which I hoped would be the case. I don't see him as a player but he's a superb role model for the youngsters and he's experienced enough to ease Laudrup into a relaxed relationship with the squad; something I consider vitally important as Rodgers did create a "feel good" factor with the players which made for excellent team spirit. We need to maintain that.
Your words not mine Dai " I was told that he is walking out on monday. Dont ask me the reason because i cant find anything out with any of my freinds, they are aware that something is wrong and its to do with a number of promises he had from the board not happening. He is also furious that he has been told that the players are not happy with his training programme....so like everyone else im waiting with bated breath and hope whatever has gone wrong is put right before monday or if the reports are right then we will have to get a new manager and quick......"
Another classic "foot in mouth" moment from Dai. Maybe we should have a "daiswan77/superswan99/wewontchangeouridentity comedy classics" thread?
Laudrup expressly stated during the press conference that there wasn't and isn't a "situation" with Allen. So at this point, all the hype in the media has been just that .... reporting on what they'd all like to see happen not on anything that was happening. Of course things can change, but right now I don't think ML is going to say anything that isn't a fact.
I will defend Dai here because in fairness to him he said Liverpool would come in for Joe weeks before any sign of that happened, Liverpool have indeed made an offer so its a bit unfair to say he gets everything wrong. One thing is for sure, there is alot that changes from day to day in football and sometimes media tends to cloud the issue rather than clarify it. If we think about it,most sports stories RE transfers tend to be bollocks and they are supposed to carry more weight than internet rumours or word of mouth, there is a game of cat and mouse being played every transfer window, we have become part of that by following on twatter etc. Alot of what Dai has said has been wide of the mark eventually, but it does not suprise me that there are times when his info has been correct. Things change from hour to hour in football, look at van der vaarts transfer last year, done and dusted in 4hrs and under, nobody had a clue and even harry was gobsmacked when levy phoned him and told him a rush deal could be done. Andy cole to Man utd anyone ?? never in a million years said the geordies ! thats just the ones we know about, there are all the ones that dont go through at the last minute for whatever reason, change of heart, more money elsewhere etc etc. We must remember that it is silly season and anything can happen in football, ive heard the rumours about Ash too, which dai mentioned weeks ago.
well said norway. that's why i will say May or Could or is a possibility. Some on here just love to stir but they will never get one over me in a million years, I'm very careful what i say and will only state its a fact if i know from first hand...just like i said about trunds going to bristol before it came out, pratters going to forest with jinks with the intention to sell for a million quid, the board stopped that happening and jinks was reprimanded never to do anything like that again. I told you martinez was moving to wigan because he could not get any money of jinks to improve the club. so all them are facts i have let you know that happened......If something is on the cards then i will say it may happen or could happen and then its up to you to discuss, but the minute i say fact then you can bet your life its true and happening.....so when i see idiots saying i said this or that is going to happen then i know straight away they know nothing and trying to **** stir........it wont happen i promise you....
So whoever told you ML is walking out on Monday must now be an unreliable source, never to be trusted again??
Fair do's Dai that made me laugh, honestly I never knew you had such a sense of humour I don't think there is enough room here to go through all your FACTS but needless to say its been fun dismissing 99% of them out of hand. By the way its good we won't change our identity, we don't sell out our history like some I could mention
ML did walk out though, that is indeed a fact and nobody on here can argue with me on that one,Monday morning he walked out,its a cold hard fact to those in the know in fact its fair to say he walked out only to return a few hours later, why ?? well the answer to that one is actually very intresting He went to work in the morning and came home in the afternoon.. walked out of his bloody house he did!! at approx 10 am apparently !! the cheeky bugger, how dare he walk out
Dai I don't know where to start. You fling so much rubbish around it is a joke. As for being right a few times, even a broken clock is correct twice a day. Don't try to persuade anyone you know what you're talking about because you ain't got a clue. All you do is peddle wild hysteria and claim its fact. Well it's not fact, it's a work of great fiction. Tbh sometimes it's so ludicrous I think you're being ironic!!!
so i said laudrup is walking out on monday ?????? where???? did i say its a fact or did i say (think about this now) what some are saying.....got it yet???? understand what im saying or is it a bit much for you...
Dai I don't know where to start. You fling so much rubbish around it is a joke. Tampon ...What rubbish....prey tell????
He picked her up from TGI's where she was having food with my Mrs, he doesn't even know what's happening or what he wants himself yet. He's very shy and reserved and probably felt awkward with a question he can't answer at the moment. He hasn't even spoken to Liverpool or discussed terms so Dai's claim that he'd agreed terms on my thread the other day are also bollocks. I really feel for him as he's torn at the moment between a big money move to a huge club and his loyalties to the club he loves. I wouldn't blame him for taking the move, but if it does happen, rogers can go screw himself. Sorry, don't want to turn this into another Allen thread, just wanted to reply to a point
I thought Micheal Laudrup was Tremendous today. He comes across very well, a little bit too humble if that is at all possible. It is quite refreshing to listen to a guy who has actually been on the sharp end of the Beautiful game and indeed be the Embryo of the type of football we see and love today. Laudrup was a part of the cruyff revoloution and can actually talk about first hand experiences that our boys could only ever dream about, that should be inspiring for any Professional. I really hope Micheal can be inspiring to our young players and i hope they can learn from him, Brenden Rodgers has all the coaching manuals but Micheal Laudrup helped to write those books and can physically show players things that the greatest non playing coach could never.
