Great player. Scored 5 for us in our first Season back in the Championship after the relegation. Would have taken him back permanently like a lot of fans but we never seemed to go for him. Unless we did and it was rejected.
 
500k isnt exactly a lot to pay for an experienced Proven centre back, we know what we're getting for our money and i would quite happily see us pay that amount

Players tend to go for money and to be fair to you I think you will pay more, and it was our pleasure to send them down but it was for us <ok>

Gerrard is well worth 500k, id get your offer in quick thou if Leicester want him to, it would probably be hard for him to turn Leicester down, promotion pushing side (not that you wont be) and a manager he knows, anyways good luck next season folks.
 
Looking on the Cardiff site they seem to rate Keanan K9 as they call him more than Gerrard, I know with us having him on loan last year and not using him is a bit strange.

Hopefully something happens soon.
 
Gerrard will do a job for you.

He would be a poor signing for Leicester though.

£500k. ??? If we get £500k for Gerrard then football really has gone mad.
 
Yes the Bluebirds think he would be a poor signing for the foxes,but a good one for us :confused:

Dels signing so far have been excellent,and i trust him to make the right call.

But a good signing for us and not the foxes come on.
 
Thats because hes better than what you have and not as good as the Leicester defenders.

Leicester are looking to go up.

Gerrard is much better than Carey.

Not as good as St Ledger or Morgan.

I think they mean that, Leicester will buy others so he will be sitting on the bench which he won't like if he joined them <ok>
 
Gerrard certainly wont like sitting on their bench. Thinks hes better than he is.

Theres no way he will be a regular for Leicester as he'll start throwing in howlers.

You finished down the bottom and theres a reason for that.

Gerrard will improve your side.

Heaton is also a good keeper. However even at 40 odd he wont be better than David James.

What is your view on K9 ?
 
Model pro. Like Gerrard prone to errors. A better footballer than Gerrard.

Id rather keep K9 but thats because playing alongside someone as good as Ben Turner his errors can be taken care of.

He also doesnt disrupt our dressing room.

The better signing for you would be Gerrard. Hes a big , dominant centre half who is also dangerous at set pieces. K9 doesnt have that sort of presence.

Tom H is also a small keeper. TG is very good in the air. So can take care of crosses.
